Your life is important to me. When circumstances are demanding and full of tension, it can help to have a caring, objective, and empathic counselor walk alongside you through the difficulties. My desire is to help process the challenges you face in order to aid your passage to growth and healing. It is often through the safety of the therapeutic relationship that this process can take place.

Expertise & Training

I am a Master’s level psychotherapist credentialed by the State of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).  My graduate degree is the Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary. I have been employed in the mental health field since 1995, working in a variety of settings, including seven years of clinical and domestic violence work. I place a high priority on continued professional education and am required by the State of Washington to complete 36 CEU’s every two years. By training, experience, and aptitude I work with a wide range of personal issues.
